BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER
Workout Description:
I was all over my clients in this workout. All you need to do this one is some exercise mats and dumbbells. It can be done anywhere you want…indoors, outdoors, on a hillside, at the beach…wherever!
The on-spot combos in Phase 2 were killer! I spiced up some old moves and introduced some new ones too. I’m always keeping clients on their toes and they never know what kind of magic i’ve brewed up. Phase 2 built the intensity of this workout to peak in Phase 3 – The PUNISHER! In this drill, clients go through the sets exercises at their own pace. They were racing to see who could complete the challenge first. It was self-punishment as they stopped at nothing to push to their max.
This is our clients hour. We cannot waste there time – give them what they want…create muscle confusion, make it fun, and rock them right from the start! Have fun with this class, let me know how it goes for you.
